Brad Unrau
Brad Unrau is Managing Partner and Director at Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp. Brad was among the top 2% of licensed Mortgage Brokers in Canada and achieved this through relationships with his vast reach of existing investment partners and contacts in Western Canada.
Brad has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing and management of residential and commercial real estate in B.C. and Alberta. He continues to manage and grow his personal portfolio of owned and co-owned properties in all segments of the real estate market; single family residential homes, small acreage holdings, residential recreational property, residential rental property, private island resort community, city-core residential-commercial complex, and urban rental apartments.
Brad was first licensed in British Columbia as a CREA® licensed Realtor® in 1994. From 1994 to 1997 he completed over 80 real estate transactions with Abbotsford based Real Estate Broker. He continues to hold his Real Estate license as well as his Mortgage Broker license.

STEVE FROESE
Steve Froese
Steve Froese is Managing Partner with Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp. In addition to Alta Pacific, Steve is co-founder and partner in Dominion Properties based in Edmonton Alberta. Dominion Properties acts as Alta Pacific's Manager in sourcing and administering mortgages for Alta Pacific MIC.
From 1993 to 1998, Steve was a Realtor and part owner of Windermere Realty in Abbotsford BC. He was the top selling real estate agent for the firm in 1996 and 1997. Steve has general contracted residential and commercial projects in BC and Alberta, owns and manages a commercial mortgage portfolio, has built 17 spa locations across Western Canada and the US, he's a part owner in a manufacturing company in Edmonton Alberta, and owns poultry farms in Western Canada.
Steve has over 15 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate and brings great knowledge and wisdom to Alta Pacific.

CHES HAGEN
Ches Hagen
Ches Hagen is Managing Partner and Director at Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp. In addition to Alta Pacific, Ches is the co-founder of VendAsta Technologies Inc. VendAsta has operations in Vancouver BC and Saskatoon Saskatchewan and specializes in software consulting and technology solutions for all industries including real estate.
Prior to VendAsta, Ches was Chief Operating Officer with Point2 Technologies Inc. Point2 is the market leader in the two industries it serves; Real Estate and Heavy Equipment. Point2 was ranked as "Canada's #1 e-Commerce Company" by the Globe and Mail in 2001.
In addition, Ches has experience in the acquisition and management of residential real estate in British Columbia. He currently owns and manages properties in several segments of the real estate market; single family residential homes, residential rental property and recreational property.

Adriano Schiazza
Adriano Schiazza is Vice President of Business Development with Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp. Adriano's primary responsibility is in developing relationships with mortgage brokers and sub-brokers to expand Alta Pacific's reach in the broker channel. With many years of experience as a mortgage broker, Adriano brings knowledge in both conventional and non-conventional (private) lending.
