HOW TO INVEST IN ALTA PACIFIC

INVESTMENT PROCESS FOR OPEN AND REGISTERED INVESTORS

Alta Pacific MIC
As an exempt market issuer, Alta Pacific MIC requires all Canadian investors to invest through an approved Exempt Market Dealer (EMD).  EMD representatives assist in completing the subscription agreements and discuss the suitability of Alta Pacific MIC for each investor's overall portfolio.

Alta Pacific Mortgage Investment Corp. accepts new investors throughout the year.  With EMD assistance, open investors simply complete the Subscription Agreement after reviewing the most recent Offering Memorandum. Registered investors have a few extra steps as funds must come via approved trust companies (Olympia Trust Company and Canadian Western Trust).  See below for links to the required documents.
